We strive for our customer’s complete satisfaction with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 45 days of the delivery date. This means we need to receive the merchandise back within 45 days of the item being delivered to you. If a part is damaged, defective or incorrect upon receipt, it is considered a RETURN and we must be notified and the part must be returned within 45 days of delivery. Please make sure that the part you are ordering will fit your vehicle.

All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process.
Wheels and Tires may be returned if unmounted, customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Tires that are heat cycled are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
Open box electronics are not returnable
*Things to Know about Items and Returns
- For packages or items that appear to have been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. If we are not contacted within 3 days, we may not be able to file a claim with the carrier in time and, therefore, may not be able to replace the damaged item(s) or refund you for the item. We require photographs of the damaged part and the packaging.
- Items being returned must be in re-sellable condition, unless an item is defective and is in its original packaging (including everything that was included with the item, such as mounting hardware, instructions sheets, etc.).
- In the event your items(s) do not qualify for a refund based on the terms of this Return Policy, we will notify you via e-mail and you must contact our Customer Service team to make arrangements to have the item(s) returned to you at your cost. If such arrangements are not made within 45 days from the date of the notice, we may dispose of the item(s) at our discretion.
- Do not refuse a package or return to sender for a return for refund. The return address is not the package's origin address. Your refund will be significantly delayed and you will be charged for all the cost of shipping on top of a restocking fee.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipping.
- Special order items are not returnable.
- Parts that look mounted or used may not be returned.
